Edward Cainglit, Esq.
Edward graduated from the University of Southern California and Whittier Law School. He began his career as a clinical instructor and course director at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, judicial extern for the Honorable John E. Ryan of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California; and intern at Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar, LLP, dental malpractice department.
The cornerstone of Edward’s practice is to help clients leverage the value of estate planning to accomplish their personal and legacy objectives. Edward achieves this by merging his teaching experience with trust and estate law offering a client-centered approach to legacy planning by educating and counseling clients throughout the estate planning process. Edward is committed to delivering superior estate plans and legal counsel with a high standard of service and accessibility.

Linette Jimenez, Esq.
Linette Jimenez strives to establish a deep understanding of her clients’ goals, concerns, and values to work with clients in designing an estate plan tailored to their individual needs. By utilizing her skills and professional experience, which has been focused solely on estate planning, and leveraging her knowledge of current law, Linette develops comprehensive estate plans all while providing premier client service.
Linette was born and raised in Northern California, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian Studies. She later received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California. While at Pepperdine Law, Linette also received a Certificate in Criminal Legal Practice, as well as a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the nation’s top-ranked alternative dispute resolution program. While attending Pepperdine Law, she also served as a certified law clerk for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable courtroom experience.
Linette serves the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, including the Trust & Estates section and Young Lawyers Division, and is also a member of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
